Cold weather brings us the blues and Spanish!

Ok, if we have to have chilly weather, then the best part is the chance to fish for hard-fighting and fast- biting species! 

Fish that will put on a show for you and give you a run are Bluefish, Ladyfish and Spanish Mackerel.  Get ready to see high jumps by ladyfish, (sometimes called the poor man’s tarpon) or fast runs by bluefish and Spanish mackerel.  You can mix and match as we will use the same set up for all three and we can basically catch all in, or near the same spots.
