The facility can accommodate up to 121 boats, with a Wiggins Forklift that has a 20,000 pound lifting capacity, moving boats in and out of the facility.
Our dry storage building has earned the 2003 Grand Aurora Special Judges Award for Creativity for a Recreation/Special Amenity Facility at the 25th annual Southeast Building Conference. The awards are presented to builders actively involved in projects throughout southeastern US who demonstrate building & design excellence.
